the proggie you used is free, right? how much space does an average match ca 3 mins duration take? and more important, how much of a resource vamp is the recording itself?

Yes it's free. A 3min video is like 200 MB. The program hasn't caused any slowdown, but if the recorder is on too long,(2-3 hrs) when I try to turn it off the recording in a middle of a match it sometimes interferes with the game client and I'm stuck with no video and just sound. There probably's some tech support on the forums that deal with this issue but I didn't bother to look for the solution because I don't record much and the problem goes away when I close and restart wegame.

Use MSI Afterburner beta, there is nothing better, and there is no fps drop for GW.
I record BC2 gameplay with only 10 fps drop: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gKlDT7n8Sow

I see so many of those Grenth dervs in RA. The thing they all have in common is their relentless spamming on one target - rarely switching to pressurize.
RA needs an IQ test. 60 IQ minimum would filter a lot out.

Why is it bad to use WASDQE for movement?

you cant dodge spears/projectiles that well as with mouse movement and you can easily get stuck/rubberband either on objects or other players/group of players, if you dont click to move.

Really? I assumed it would be easier to dodge with keyboard movement because all you have to do is hit Q or E to sidestep, as opposed to clicking at the right spot. Not sure what you mean about rubberbanding. Do most players actually use mouse movement?

Rubberbanding = moving to a position then getting brought back to a previous position quickly. This happens when your personal client has a different position for your character as the server does. When your client checks where the server thinks you are then it fixes this. This doesn't really happen with clicking to move because if you click on a place then client and server both know that's where you are going. If you just hold Q for a while then I think it's intuitive that it is a much more analog command. It is much easier for the client and the server to have a different idea as to where you are.
For this reason, if you click to move then you have a much more accurate idea of where you are. When I use WASDQE I usually lag by about a second.

On the download page though there's a link to MSI Afterburner, then down the bottom another link to MSI Afterburner Beta. That's the one I got. Worked fine for me no reboot Win7 64.

Cool Video, much props for using pnh, I've had good pnh healers and they're quite effective in letting the other teammates show the best of their ability by keeping them clean.

But they are. Vig only in certain cases tho, but coupled with bonetti it does allow for what you would literally call "energy management".

Sorry, I don't see the relevance here. Why do you think this?
Also I think the good ole reverend way overdid his critique, not by what he was saying(it's good advice that you should take to heart) but by the way he said it. I'm assuming he had a bad day at RA and saw your post here basically asking to get flamed. (Personally just hearing "gwguru" the first word that comes to mind is "trollin")
Saying you are "casual" reveals a whole lot as has already been pointed out and it's not an attitude likely to get a lot of supportive feedback from more serious pvpers. It basically says you are unwilling to do what is necessary to improve and for the more competitive people this attitude is hard to understand. More importantly it's the best way to ensure you don't improve yourself, if you truly want to improve by asking people to give feedback you have to leave "casual" behind. Forget all the pve carebear excuses, if someone points out a mistake you make suck it up. Admit to yourself you effed it up and think about how to remedy it.
Let me tell you another word of wisdom. If you openly admit your mistakes other players will react in one of two ways. Most people will hear that you made a mistake and will find it opportune to blame you for everything that goes wrong. This group consists of pretty much 95% of everyone who does pvp. Now you can hide from these by doing what most players do, deny your own mistakes and blame someone else instead. The remaining 5% are the better pvpers though and unlike the rest they will think more not less of you for pointing out your own mistakes. For them it's a sign you are looking to improve and their inner fire will probably lead them to give you advice and a better playing experience. Not to mention they will probably notice your mistakes anyway. So most of the time it pays off to deny your mistakes and blame others, but which group would you rather impress?
Bleh, sorry for ranting and stuff but I'm high on rabbit fever.
